Q: What are the key benefits of EasyClinic?

Q: Can you import my data from my old system?
Most likely, yes. Just let us know what system you have and chances are we can pull the data out and import it into EasyClinic. We’ve imported data from systems ranging from old fifteen year old DOS systems to more modern systems. If you don’t have a current system, or if you would prefer importing the current state NJIIS data, we can do that as well.
Q: Do you provide training and technical assistance?
Yes. We offer a variety of different options to suit your staff’s particular needs. At our training we make sure each staff person has hands-on experience and is tested on their skills, so there are no surprises after training is over. We also offer phone, email, and in-person follow-up assistance should it be needed.
Q: How long it does it take to be fully operational?
Each departments situation is unique, and we develop custom roll-out plans for everyone. However to become operational can take from one day to a few weeks depending on if we are requested to import data from a current clinic system. Our goal is to not only make it painless for staff, but also to make it fun and engaging.
Q: If EasyClinic doesn’t have a particular feature, can you add the feature I want?
Most likely, yes. We’ve accommodated every request we’ve received so far. Customizations are estimated in detail and approved ahead of time, so there are no surprises.

We’ve priced EasyClinic to be affordable by small, medium, and large departments. Pricing varies based on the total number of users, possible data conversion needs, possible customization requests, and the level of training desired. Contact us for a custom quote.
